- I arrived with a Guide late about 22;00. Staff of F.D. told me: We didn't have a Reservation from Expedia for you?! ... After talking discovered like there is a Problem between Ht. & Expedia due Transferring the Money by Bank and also, there is no available Room ... I did n't move & by the helping from Guide. They accept to stay this Night at LOWER Room without AC & Toilet and with Fan & Shower only. I accept directly ... next day before Noon moved me to my Room after approving from the Manager.
* I will make a CLAIM including REFUND the Fare Difference between 2 Rooms for the 1st. Night.
