I had this property on my bucket list for many years. From the moment that I arrived at Las Brisas Acapulco; not only did I feel welcome, but I felt cared for and a level of sincerity and professionalism that I had thought was long gone. Las Brisas Acapulco is a property frozen in time of days gone by, when Hotels strove to accommodate at the highest level of comfort, luxury, service and taste. The beauty of the property is difficult to describe, the setting is magnificent. The property is fresh and well cared for, with no flaws. The staff, well, if 5 star service could be improved, Las Brisas Acapulco would find a way ! They strive for perfection and deliver .. Each and every associate at Las Brisas Acapulco share a positive and genuine friendly and happy vibe. Everyone there shows a "happy to be of service" attitude. They remember your name, they remember your interaction with them. The pictures available online do not do the property justice, there is nothing to translate the vibe of Las Brisas Acapulco. If you have an opportunity to stay at Alas Brisas Acapulco, do not miss it, you will leave feeling like the Movie Stars and celebrities that gave Las Brisas Acapulco its' original SWANK !

An amazing place. An amazing staff.
An amazing property with an amazing staff at every turn. Their beach club facilities are spectacular and the views of Acapulco are tremendous. Can you believe they deliver coffee and treats to your private bungalow every morning before breakfast! The overall concept of this facility is daunting and the welcome feel from EVERY employee is genuine. Tiny bit of age condition in the shower. I can't say enough about the thought that went into this design. Oh, you have your own pool to share with only 1 other. Be prepared for a lot of gloss white with pink trim, even on the employees.

The views are incredible. The staff and management do a great job of making your stay enjoyable. The food this time took quite a while to arrive at the Bellavista and the beach club, but it was tasty.
