Our room was run down. The carpets were filthy, hardware was missing from the drawer of the nightstand and the bathroom had broken tiles. When I asked about another room after explaining the conditions of the one we were in the manager offered the room next door. When I checked that room out it smelled of urine and was actually missing the entire drawer front on the nightstand. We stayed in the room we were given because it didn’t smell like urine. We chose not to stay for breakfast because if the hotel rooms were filthy we were sure the food facilities and handlers wouldn’t be clean either. We spent our key points on this room and would like to get them back along with the balance that we paid.

It took about 10 minutes for the front desk staff to get out and ask if we were checking in. We booked two rooms, one smelled like urine the other like cigarettes. When we tried to get out and get a refund they said since we booked through a third party they couldn’t refund us. They offered to change us rooms. 2nd room the ac did not turn on. They moved us once again, the final room, ac did work. Ceiling fan had two blades left and if turned on was moving like it would fall, carpet still had an odor but we were tired of moving. The final second room had some cockroaches.

When we got off the elevator to go to our room, the carpet was filthy & needed vacuuming very badly. Once in our room, the lamps on the bed stands did not work. The only thing good about the room - the towels were very nice. The next morning, the breakfast wsa of poor quality. I would not stay there again.

Keep Looking

The hotel is in rough shape. There is quite a bit of unhoused activity directly outside of the hotel. Rooms were not the cleanest but not the worst. Beds were comfortable though and a/c was cold. If you are looking for a place to stay for one night and go this hotel works perfect for that and everyone else that can afford the nightly rate if you know what I mean. I did have two rough looking gentlemen arguing right next to my car.

The room was all right. Just even in the cheapest hotels there is at least a mini fridge and microwave. The exterior was dingy and falling apart. Overall it reminded me of a place that rented long term but not picky on guests.

For around 100 bucks a night and your motel doesn't offer a fridge or microwave I checked in at 3 pm sat there till about 9 am without cold drinks lost about 30 dollars worth of food that room was worth about half what you charged may 40 dollar room carpet was very stained needed replaced asap charging what you do you should have no problem furnishing it proper I'm next store tonight at the days in 70 dollar room with fridge I told the front desk next door doesn't offer a damn fridge they laughed to said that's standard something that's supposed to be in every motel I won't be back I can pick any motel to to stay at pick that one looked nice was wrong I don't recommend this hotel to others I mean we're in the desert cold drinks is a must

The room was very dirty . Bath tub was black . Wash cloth was like someone just clean their shoes . The air conditioner was not working right . Breakfast was very limit . Nothing much you can choose . Poor manage hotel . Will never go again
