I checked in and they told me they did not have a room for me because they were over booked! This is the 3rd time this hotel has done this to me and i know others theuy have also done this to... And I had already paid for this room the week before! Now I have to go through the hard process of getting my money back.. hotel.com cant even reach them by phone!

The staff was nice but the condition of the room was NOT. The toilet seat and tub was so grossly stained that I couldn’t believe you would even want to rent that out to a Customer. It doesn’t take much to replace a toilet seat so no one has to experience seeing something so gross like that. Then the ceiling in the lobby was just leaking water onto the floor it was not a very pleasant chain of events to witness your first time staying somewhere

My bathroom toilet, tub, and sink all had rings. They should invest in a toilet scrubber. One of the washcloths was dirty and one hand towel was missing. Someone’s soap was still in the shower and when the cleaning lady came into my room at 9:30, without knocking, she asked if I was staying because they told her I had checked out. Front desk was friendly- remembered my name. Check in and out was fast. Breakfast was limited, but edible.

Did not have a comforter first night. Only a bed sheet. Had to ask for a comforter which they eventually got. Used for first night and then house keeping came in and took the comforter and did not make up the bed. WD told they did not have any left. Then they checked me out a day early and blamed hotels.com even though reservation clearly showed it was for an additional night.

When we enter the room the smoke detector was beeping, after they addressed the issue it started beeping again at 4:30am. The bath tub drained VERY slow, so we had to wait for each of us to bathe. There was no ice bucket, no coffee maker, the mini fridge and microwave didn’t work. We will look elsewhere next time we need a room in that area!!!

Our bathroom had hair all over it and in the shower. We only had one towel and when I went to speak to the front desk about getting some more I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even be found. I was then told they were out of towels for the night. There are no blankets in the room, just two sheets in the bed. They ran out of breakfast well before time was up. We will not stay here again.

Lots of USB ports. The shower head was broken and the tub didn’t drain. Breakfast was disappointing. Out of coffee. Out of eggs. I brought it to their attention but they were taking so long I just grabbed a muffin and made coffee in the room.

Worked for 1 night.
Checking in was easy and quick. After getting in the room i realized there was only 1 towel for 5 people. Room was clean. There were no pillows for the pullout, but was able to go downstairs to get sheets and blankets. Asked for more towels, said they would be ready in 30m. So i left for alittle while.. when i came back they had put 3 more towels in my room. When i asked for more, they said it would be the next morning before more would be available. Breakfast was hot, but not that tasty.

The hotel seemed nice and cleaned on the outside but the room we stayed in was dirty. My kids found a beer can in the corner of the room and I also found a used toothpick on the night stand. Our neighbors were also loud while blasting their music.

Arrived at hotel and tried to pay with cash and told they don't take cash. Got in room and tv didn't work and cords from a lamp and a couple other devices were run through the connecting room door so we couldn't use. Changed rooms. Tv worked, but only a bath towel. Went to front desk because rooms don't have phones and was told they don't have hand towels or wash clothes. Checked out and was told they don't give receipts. They will be emailed. I had to call corporate to get an emailed receipt because i never received one from hotel.
