Our room was spacious & comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel was very quiet, which was nice. Our only complaint was that the great looking indoor pool was closed. We book hotels with pools to use them to stretch out from traveling. They are an important component to our comfort when we travel. So this was espcially disappointing.

The food at breakfast was good. The portions were large. The staff was friendly. BUT.... This property has roaches. I found a baby roach crawling out of my bed as well as a huge one in the bathroom downstairs in the lobby.

Friendly staff, comfortable room
The friendly staff got me into a room as quickly as possible when I arrived early. The bathroom showed its age in places but was scrupulously clean. Lots of towels were provided. Toiletries by the sink and shower were in large Dove bottles in holders with metal dispensers, which is nice as it generates less plastic waste. The beds were very comfortable. Amenities in the room included an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, I believe a minifridge hidden in a cabinet, and one of those modern pod coffeemakers (which generates more plastic waste).

This location does not care about handicap people. First of all you have to oay $18 each day for parking. They only had 2 handicap spaces in the front of the hotel the other 7 were around the back. If you arrive after 10pm, you will have come around to the front because the back doors are locked and they don't have a card reader there to gain access. Thats such an inconvenience for someone whos handicap. However, they had 6 parking spaces at the front door for their Elite members. Also, for the amount they charge for the rooms. I was expecting it to be much nicer. It smelled like smoke, the carpet was dirty, our shower fixture was dangling from the wall. I have pictures to prove it. It's a complete sh*t show in there

We had the misfortune of landing in a room that had a leak or water dripping on top of the toilet. The safe wasn't working as well. When we changed rooms we jad to replace the microwave. The satff wast too friendly in the process of changing.
