We had a good and solid stay at this property. The staff were friendly. The pool was a nice time. The only thing was our room was not fully clean when we arrived. There was still garbage in the bins from the prior stay, and the sofa bed was not cleaned properly… we were missing bedding for it as well. Overall, aside from the slight uncleanliness of the room, we had a good stay.

The website disclosed that this hotel had a restaurant on site. We were traveling on a very compressed schedule so this was critical to our trip. In fact upon check-in we were advised there was no restaurant on site and were given a list of restaurants we could go to. We would have selected an alternative hotel had we known this.

People tried to open my door late at night. Called front desk and was told it was probably kids. It was not because I could hear adult voices. All night long doors were opening and closing.1:00AM, 1:40AM, 3:15AM. The traffic noise was terrible. I don’t complain much but this was probably the worse experience I have had at a Holiday Inn. Not sure where the pictures online came from but they weren’t from this property! I will think twice about booking at another Holiday Inn.

Clean and friendly!
Very clean. Every single staff member encountered was very friendly and accommodating! Also loved the Dove products available for use. Has a clean, perfect temp hot tub and indoor pool. Plan on staying there again next time we are in the area!
