My son who is disabled stayed in a fantastic room that was awesome and spacious. It had everything we needed. The staff were courteous and accommodating. I mentioned some improvements about accessibility to the building and was advised that next year there will be upgrades to the buildings to sort out those issues. we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Do not recommend- better hotels in the area.
The room itself was nice and clean. They had cute decorations around the grounds and it was very clean. And they had a cute touch of sending a letter from Santa to my 4 year old that left a letter in their lobby. Pool areas were okay- not as big as the pictures make them look. However- this hotel charged much more than we were originally quoted through Hotels.com. Tried charging us a late check out fee even though we were out at 11am (they did refund this eventually). Charged for a rollaway bed but never informed us there would be a separate charge. And then another $75 for parking. For that alone- would not recommend unless you plan on spending $150+ from your original quote. We chose this one because it was cheaper than our normal hotel that’s right across the street. And ended up paying even more with a further walk. Also hotel is not very close and after a long day at Disney that walk seems even longer and it’s tucked away by the freeway where a lot of transients are.
