Disney Fathers day trip

Room was nice and clean. Valet attendant Joe was very welcoming, helpful and kind being we were checking in at 11 p.m. very quiet and clean.

Short walk to disney. Wonderful

We stayed in an ADA king for 7 nights in may. The room was clean and spacious. Had a 4 cup drip coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Lots of plugs and a newer flatscreen tv. The beds were ok a little firm for my liking but were in good shape. Housekeeping on every 3rd day I believe, garbage and towels daily. Our shower was draining slow and the handyman was there withing 30 minutes at 8pm to unclog it for us Little noise as people walked by but its motel style so thats expected. Laundry was $3 wash and $3 dry and worked well Pool was super clean and heated , hot tub was spacious and nice... both were salt water Cove market had all the basics Walk was about 6 minutes to security including waiting for the cross walk We were in an ADA room due to needing room for a scooter and the walk in shower. I was able.to park the scooter in the room no problem. The shower had a large overhead shower head as well as a hand held and a flip down bench. Lots of grab bars and it was huge and drained so the floor in the bathroom didnt get wet. There is a nice uber pick up area thats very easy to find and there is a bench to sit on while you wait Our stay was lovely and we highly recommend !

The stay started great, straightforward and uneventful. The only housekeeping is trash and towels, but we don’t need the bed made or the room tidied up. We definitely appreciate the towel refreshes a lot more. The rooms aren’t the most soundproof so you can hear the room next door, but no one is too loud so that’s ok too. The thing that makes this a poor rating is we found a dying, still but legs wiggling, cockroach in our room on the last morning. We had to call the front desk three times before they came to take care of it, which was frustrating given we also had a child that we were trying to keep away. And when we checked out there was no mention of it, no apology of any sorts from the front desk. When we return home we’ll be washing and wiping down everything thoroughly. Also we realized that the bedding was ripped the last morning.

Staff was great, had to call for new tv as the tv didnt work when we got there but staff was quick and brought new tv very quickly. We stayed for 6 days and the cleaning service only came once which was a little difficult, we had to request new towels and trash pick up. Staff was very quick to respond however we shouldn’t have had to call for these basic things! Other than that hotel was great and very convenient for the Disney Parks!

Pretty clean hotel that is close to Disneyland without paying the Disney Hotel pricing to be at the park. The staff was very friendly. We called ahead for a late check in, and the staff was very appreciative and we welcoming when we arrived at about 2:00am. Right across the street from Disneyland, so you can walk; also nice because their parking costs are not outrageous in comparison to other locations I have been to in the area. We will be coming back again for sure.

This was a great stay for a short one day Disneyland trip. The walk was so very close and there are restaurants on both sides that you could walk to as well. It was very convenient to be able to park your car before checking in so we could go to the park and not have to figure out the parking. The room was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels to take showers when you have been at the park all day and want to freshen up for the second round in the evening. I recommend to anyone for the clean friendly and convenient stay
