The Hotel's location was perfect as it was close to family that we were visiting, there is nothing special about the rooms, as they are basic hotel rooms which look old and tired and could do with renovating. The amenities are nice and great for the kids.

The pool needs an upgrade, the tiles have come off in the kids pool. My child has gotten a few scratches. The showers need an good clean, to much mould. Other than that the hotel was a pleasent stay

While the staff and ammenities were nice there were a few things we didn’t like about the property. We’ve stayed here before and there have been some changes. There are more rooms built and while they are sizeable, the room we stayed in didn’t have sufficient air conditioning. It was almost impossible to cool the whole room. It’s great they’ve built more rooms but there isn’t sufficient parking for guests so we often found ourselves looking for parking when arriving from our activities. They dont have elevators as well so be mindful if you’re put in an upstairs room to call for help with bags when checking out of the hotel. Staff are lovely! Property was well kept in most areas. Breakfast was always a hit in the morning. Pool and areas around cleaned daily by the looks of it. Enjoyed our time there but definitely a few things I noticed while there ◡̈

The advertising for this resort is quite misleading. Upon arrival, the staff were clustered around the front desk but were neither welcoming nor friendly, making us feel awkward. Be prepared for a courtyard room, as the resort has over 200 units, it’s not nice and a very long walk. The fridge in our room wasn’t working, and doing laundry was incredibly expensive: $10 tala per wash, $10 tala to dry, and another $10 tala for washing powder. Even worse, the dryer didn’t work properly, and we had to run it three times to get our clothes fully dry which cost us $30 tala just to dry one load. To top it off, they didn’t have bottled water for sale or filtered water available at reception in the heat. Overall, we had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend staying here.

A nice resort for a short stay in Apia. The pool is heavily chlorinated, so much so you could feel it stinging / burning your skin. It is a shame the food menu doesn’t serve more fresh and local produce, it’s very westernised with lots of fried options.
