They are great with pets. My dog was very comfortable. We didn’t receive an upgrade but we had requested a first floor room and initially they said they couldn’t accommodate us but they found a room in the first floor as we were checking in.

The location and atheistics from the outside are great. The room was humid even with the air on. Floors were wet with humidity. Pair of dirty socks under the tv cabinet from previous guest.

Love it everyone was super great slept like a baby super quiet very comfortable, staff super cool front desk and the restaurant like it very much , only thing housekeeping should clean little better and often got little disappointed of my second day bed not done and no coffee replacement or sugar under the bed needs some cleaning as well, I despise make bad reviews but they told me to do it so it will make difference.despise that I’ll definitely stay here again.
