Would definitely stay here again.
Overall stay was great. Tiffany was super during our check in. Room was clean. Bed and sofa were both comfortable. Only thing I didnt like was the breakfast. I did not mind paying for it, or the way it was done, just the quality of the breakfast wasnt great.

Our rooms carpet was wet and smelled of mold or cat urine. We couldn’t tell. It was also visibly dirty. They didn’t have keys for us to go to our room so a janitor had to open the room for us. They overcharged us by $35 on top of it. When I asked for a room key the day after check in they still didn’t have any available and we had to constantly flag down a janitor to open our room. When I finally got a key they only were able to give me one key said we couldn’t have two for whatever reason. The worst part was the soaking wet carpet and the urine smell in the room which was overwhelming. The wettest part was next to the night stand and felt like the water was coming from the wall behind the beds.

I reserved this hotel because it was a high ranking hotel on the list with good hot breakfast when I got to the hotel even after I had Book the lady told me that I had to wait outside 15 minutes even though there wasn’t any customers she was attending to After sitting in my car for 15 minutes Tired and hungry. I finally get the room, but when I get the room, I’ve noticed that the lady in the front switch my Top of the line deluxe room, a economy room so I paid top dollar plus I paid breakfast to get a top-of-the-line room. They took my money when I got to the hotel. They told me they didn’t have the room that I ordered and gave me a small room with two small beds, but that’s not what made me mad. I was understanding but when I got up in the morning, I went to try and breakfast and they denied my breakfast after talking to a manager telling him that I paid for through the app, he told me that it happened all the time and that he doesn’t know what’s going on begins to give me that’s good for Mediocre cold food this is not what I paid for. I paid for a hot breakfast this hotel is the worst experience I’ve had in Atlanta if you look to search somewhere nice just go to downtown Atlanta instead I thought because I was in the galleria. I was gonna have a good experience, but it was trash.
