We had several items that were soaked in blood. There was blood spots on the comforter, sheets, light switch, and also a pillow. We also didn’t have any hot water for showers in the morning. We booked a 2 night stay and left after the first night.

You can’t go out after dark.
The hotel is butted up against a halfway house. So you have people sleeping in the street and sidewalks around the hotel. If you go out front of the hotel at night just to wait for an uber you get approached by people asking for money. Would NOT Recommend if you are bringing your children. Very unsafe area. The pool was heated to a barely manageable temperature with it being 75° outside. Breakfast is subpar. Eggs sausage and soggy waffles. It is free so I guess.

Note a good place
Almost none of the restaurant items were available. When I tried to order two different beers the answer was “they not cold”. Service at the “H-bar” was lousy and spotty at best. Opens later than they say and then out of almost everything. This hotel is not in an area where you want to go walking around looking for food. Shower was tepid most of the time. They have inadequate water service to support a building this size. I overheard a conversation between hotel management and someone apparently involved with food and beverage say “our menu isn’t accurate because we have to show things on the website we are not going to have to meet Hyatt standards”. His specific example was the Jambalaya soup.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the check in system that cause a delay in our check in. When we finally got up to our room our tv was not working. Overall the stay was very comfortable and relaxing. I wasn't able to get the gentleman's name that checked us in but he was very friendly and accommodating!

I was terribly disappointed in the parking facilities. There are only 6 free parking spaces at the hotel. The valet parking on the property runs $55.00 per day. After a close review of the hotel description, did find in fine print that parking was in fact $55.00 daily. This added a real blow to my travel budget as I planned a 3 day stay. The room was equally disappointing as there was only one USB port in the room that did not require a brick or plug to use. This was very inconvenient as we had several phones and devices that need charging.

Absolutely wonderful weekend. Staff (Especially Cherelle and Crystal) were extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast was great (except OJ was not very good, tasted watered down). Valet was excellent as well.

Not a bad hotel. There was some trouble checking in. Not dirty, but definitely looked like cleaning was minimal. Few small issues with the room (an outlet not working/handles loose), but nothing bad. No house keeping unless you request it. Valet staff were responsive and kind.
