Was there with my 2 daughters. Property was not as luxurious as you would expect a Hyatt to be. However staff was friendly and attentive. Price was very competitive so that was key, breakfast was adequate. Lobby area smaller than pictures indicated but also adequate and doubled as a breakfast area. Room was spacious and had a separate area bar/fridge/coffee that is convenient when staying with multiple people.

Nice place needs some work.

Check in was slow…nobody was a front desk. Since we didn’t have a room key yet we couldn’t even enter building as they have the door locked. Pressed the call button only to have another guest who was in the lobby open the door. Upon getting to our floor/room the entire hallway smelled like weed. The room did not, reported to the front desk and after returning from dinner they had taken care of the smell and possibly the offenders. That was great service. Bathroom was tiny with original single pane window, could hear everything outside. The heater was loud making a clicking /banging noise while in use. When trying to cool down room, the AC just ran never stopped at the set temperature….

Room heater not worked

Room heater not worked. I booked a higher floor with additional charge, but they offered to give 2nd that is unfair. And also I unpacked all my things after 8 hr journey. They should understand the customer mind set. They should be ready and checked everything. Refund request is denied. Also they didn’t provide complimentary water also their water dispenser also not worked.

Great location / underwhelming experience

Hotel location was great and near to many attractions. The service was sub par didn’t get the room type I booked. Blamed going through a 3rd party booking as a result. Staff was not fully trained on communication skills and hotel check in software. Hotel manager took 3 days to contact me and still waiting for a follow up call from the manager.
