The room was not what I thought or how it looked in photos. I was expecting a really nice room. Especially with the name of the hotel. When i walked in the room I wanted to go back home. Before that I was so excited because it was a very special occasion. I researched other hotels & chose you. The hotel itself was great. The room was plain, refrigerator area looked like something from a cheap motel. Carpet didn't look clean. Mildew stains in bottom of shower. The seating wasn't the best. I didn't feel comfortable like I thought I would. I wasted my money and the surprise experience for my husband.

My only 2 (minor) complaints were the area under the mini fridge, whether it was the paint or the wood itself, it looked worn and chipped off. Not a good look. The other issue was the outlets. So there were 2 light switches in the room, only one would turn on the power to one side of the room while the other is for the other side. We only figured this out after our friends (who were also booked) told us this information. Why the power isn’t for the whole room I’m not sure but we had to move charging phones and watches too many times to figure that out. The room and view were beautiful. The staff was amazing. Overall, even with the minor complaints, I’d stay here again.

Everything was top tier! Clean hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, bed was clean and comfortable with large, firm pillows, fully stocked paper products, great coffee varieties, huge tv with plenty of channels, stylish bathroom amenities, and fast elevators! (My only tweak would be to clean the vents and make the in-room temperatures adjust better on the thermostat. It would take hours for the temps to change especially for cold room sleepers). 10/10
