It’s a bit of a trek from the self parking garage to the lobby for checking in and out. Smoke smells can be quite strong at times as you pass through despite not being near the smoking sections. The on site Hard Rock Cafe needs significant improvement with their service levels. Worst experience of our stay. If you decide to eat there, please check out the reviews before doing so which may save you some time in deciding whether or not it’s worth it. Otherwise the hotel itself was great and had a decent amount of things to do onsite or nearby.

The energy and vibe were very good. Very convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. I'm a smoker, so it was good that there were some designated smoking areas. Restrooms were not very far to travel to. I live in Maryland, but this beats all the casinos I've been to in Maryland. I will be returning soon. Thank you for the good time

The room was not at all representative of the rest of the property. It was dirty (you could visibly see food crumbles on the carpet) and smelled funny. I won’t be staying there again unless they renovate the rooms to match the common areas of the hotel. Absolutely not worth the price

Been there several times. Seems we're more disappointed each time. Only concierge was helpful. Bell service took nearly an hour to exit. Then guy at bell guest took our storage receipt...and 20 minutes after getting our car STILL had the receipt next to him. Didn't even apologize...could care less. Then guy who brought out our luggage just tried to leave it at the curb. He expected this 73 year old guy to lift it all into his car? Indoor pool no longer has adult swim hours. Closes at 6? We'll try somewhere else next time
