Loved our stay! A little far from the airport but an excellent location, room, and great view! Love the room service robot-would have loved if it was use every time😹! My only suggestion was wish the bathroom door was not glass-it’s artistic glass so not totally transparent but still slightly uncomfortable with that and the lack of audible exhaust fan. Great beds, excellent sleep and friendly staff, still worthy of a 5/5!

Staff and service here was excellent, especially Larina the duty manager. The rooms on the top floors are definitely worth paying extra foras they ensure a good nights sleep if you're a light sleeper.

What a lovely hotel. Awesome staff who are willing and able to assist you with you need them. The breakfast buffet tasted good. The hotel is located directly across the street from the ferry terminal, so getting to and from places like Waiheke Island is super easy. There's also plenty of restaurants adjacent to the hotel on the wharf. The hotel is also a good 10-12 mins walking distance to the SkyTower. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Stylish clean hotel with comfortable rooms and steps away from many restaurants and shopping options. Waterfront views are fun and the gym is clean and well equipped. The restaurant was too pricey so we ate elsewhere and they charged us extra $50 for early check in. We came off at 13 hour flight so agreed to pay but usually if a room is ready early you’re just lucky. The extra charge is just gouging.
