Fantastic facilities with an air of luxury about it. Nice and quiet and the staff are wonderful . I sleep very well. The dining room was fantastic! Im coming back in 2 weeks for more of the same.
I love this hotel. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern. There’s an amazing bartender as well. His cocktails are the best.
The Pullman Auckland Airport has very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was comfortable in every way. They also have the best breakfast buffet I've ever come across. So many delicious food, and drink, options. It's just next door to the airport, so no shuttle or taxi needed! I would definitely stay here again. 😃
Adjacent to the airport’s International Terminal, the hotel was a short walk after my flight arrived at 1:30 am. The staff were accommodating in every way!
The staff were truly wonderful and accommodating! Our room had AC issues and the staff quickly moved us to another room and moved all our stuff, it was great!
Location is great, right outside international terminal, very convenient for an early morning international departure. The espresso machine at the breakfast buffet was not working. Tried to ask staff to fix the machine but they all just hurried past. Finally took 30 minutes for someone to bring coffee to our table.
