The property was transactional and efficient. Well appointed apartment and has all the requirements for a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and accommodating to our requests. All water outlets were great but Shower pressure was really low. That may need to be checked. Other than that all was good.

Great location, nice park really close and we could easily walk to our concert. Check in was relatively easy, although we got very lost trying to find the hotel. Parking was difficult - their parking area is very tight and small and trying to maneouvre is difficult and stressful. All in all a good stay and we were happy with it

The place was great. Everything I needed in one place: washer/dryer tucked into the bathroom, kitchenette, comfortable chair to sit on, comfortable bed and pillows. And as minor as it sounds, having a full length mirror was also a big plus. I even had a small balcony and a good view. Front desk crew and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. The location is good. The only negative I would say is that there is a bad odor in the halls, presumably from people using those kitchenettes but it did not permeate into my room.

Great location in the city. Fantastic staff, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Perfect if going to Auckland for a show at the Aotearoa or the Civic. Comfortable, well equipped room, lovely looking out onto the park. Parking on site is great, do check if your vehicle is extra tall or extra long as there is a height restriction and it’s a tad tight quarters so not suitable for a camper van etc. Would happily stay here again, thanks for having us.

Good hotel in good location
This is a good hotel in a good location with a good view of the park. Clean, comfortable with all the facilities you need, even coffee and chocolate biscuits. The only issue was that the water pressure was pathetic and you couldn’t get a decent shower.
