A relaxing spot for a night before we flew out of Auckland airport on International flight. We had a suite which was larger than we imagined. Food in hotel restaurant was great!

Firstly, ‘Front Desk Manager - Andrew’ is approachable & tries his best to help out where possible. However, facilities is quite run down, little to no investment put in to improve the quality of the room e.g. old heat pump, dirty coffee machine, wardrobe makes loud squeaky noise, wall paper peeling and patches badly. What more disappointing is that MASSIVE hygiene issues. Bitten all over my back and spread to leg - photo, video evidences & even escalated to the Manager. Staff attitude is either great one or poor services. Really disappointing to see this happening and having to vent out my unpleasant experience to Expedia.

Although very good, clean and crisp. Not the best place to be as a couple while they have a conference on. It was very loud in public spaces and as we were in a room on the ground floor the floor above was very roudy

A wonderful catch up with an old friend and the hotel let me book in early. Lovely setting and we went for a walk around the grounds. Very confortable room with a separate bedroom and comfy couches in the lounge. Certainty will be rebooking here.

Stay here when I visit Auckland . This visit got given an accessible room of which I think you should be informed of before you get to room, it’s not what I booked . They are very different from a standard room and the shower area just fills the bathroom floor with water. The night light in bathroom also came on every time I moved in the bed from the sensor facing the bed . The room smelt very musty and stale. Was overpowering and overall ruined the night . On check out reception advised I should have asked for room change to see if they could remedy and were apologetic. Will stay again but with specific instructions on not being placed in one of these rooms . As an aside the bed in room was very comfortable and was quiet . I usually have good stays here .

Loved the location - nice and central; also loved the rooms. The shower pressure was weak though; the hot water was not great; no coffee plunger in the room; the spa pool had no pressure in the jets! It was so close to being really good - but these basics let the experience down.

We had a nice view and the room was spacious & clean with a large comfy bed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is free and hidin from the public eye. We have already booked here again in a months time but in a smaller room for $85pn less. Would like to try their restaurant next time.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very welcoming and seemed distracted. Bar area could use some music and ambience. Venue quite dated. Buffet breakfast was not great. Parking and accessibility was fantastic. Did however not like the fact that anyone can walk into the venue and access the lifts to the rooms.
