Really good location in the downtown area. You do get what you pay for, hotel isn’t a 5 star. But it’s worth staying at for its location.

Affordable but otherwise...not great
Grimy, sticky, blech. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Lumpy pillows but a couple good enough to sleep on. Dirty carpet, shower that took 5 minutes to warm up and then didn't drain so you're shin deep in water. You get the picture! But pretty good location and the most affordable of the downtown hotels. Staff were super-nice.

Mold, mildew, urine and per smells in the rooms. Prepay third party expedia, unable to refund. They switched me rooms, but the staff said best they can do is spray air freshener. Staff did their best but almost all rooms have water damage in the 1980s carpet

The property was dirty and had roaches in the room. We booked 2 room and when the first room tv and phone did not work. TV was fixed. The AC in the other room did not cool well and they refused to move to another room.

Old property, poor quality compared to other la Quinta I have stayed. Bad smell, garbage bags near elevators left for long. Parking charges are hidden and not disclosed during booking.

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Our room door bolt lock didn’t work. There were a few holes in walls. Shower was mostly clean with a super old worn out curtain. Would NOT stay here.

The hotel though was going through renovations, the TV, telephone or any electrical was not working. Changed room and the room reeked of cigarette smell. Complained to the front desk as I did not want to be charged. Having said that, not a great experience!

I don’t like this time, I found a lot cockroach on my room, I call to front desk and the just did change me to the next room, also on that room we found too cockroach. We only want to sleep that night, so we just ignore on the second room. I will never return to this hotel.

The location was great for proximity to the COTA shuttles and a quick Uber to 6th Street. The staff were pleasant and helpful despite having to work in a run-down hotel. The one bright spot was that I only found one cockroach on my bed the entire weekend.
