The staff was friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The cleandiness was ok but could be better. The room was a bit dated but everything was working fine amd well maintained. Location wise it is near shops and restaurants.

Excellent location plenty of malls in either direction along BTS, 8 minue taxi ride to Bangkok Eastern Bus Terminal staff was efficient in every area. Housekeeping was excellent everyday they checkwd in to clean and provided any supplies needed. Kim was great explaining at checkout charges and final bill. The attendebts in the dining area were great and efficient. The room was excellent excecept for the jacuzzi which the water never filled up and was extremely slow , it could be due to the high floor 29th. Tge hotel has an excellent pool area. Bearby their are restaueants and bars to further enjoy yourself.

I like the convenient location with both BTS and MRT just within a short walk. 1 bedroom Should have the option to have twin beds instead of 1 king bed. After using the bathtub for shower then the whole floor will be flooded and this need to be improved. It will be good if a rubber mat to be placed inside the bathtub to prevent slippery fall. Overall it is an enjoyable stay At Jasmine City Hotel. Will consider this hotel on next visit to Bangkok.
