Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, comfy and quiet rooms. You can use the gym, pool, shower room before check in if you get there early. I liked all the options at the buffet. Will stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok.

I stayed here for 14 days with my girlfriend it was amazing the staff are very friendly especially the potter men and cleaners go above and beyond for you. They are very friendly and take you to your room with a tour and even checked us in early which was very welcome after a long flight. Amazing hotel staff and lovely rooms cleaned every day and re stocked coffee and water daily. A**** I will definitely be coming back to this hotel

Terrible check in experience
Check in started at 2:00. We arrived at 4:00. Room was not ready until 4:40. The lobby was very small and there was no place to sit. The front desk person was not friendly. The bellboys started bringing our luggage up to another guest’s room, which only did not happen because we saw our luggage come by and asked if our room was ready. There were no towels available at the pool area. Pool area is much smaller than appears in pictures.

I wouldn’t consider it some amazing place to stay. There were still things I didn’t like. They did not have wash clothes and when we asked they were not even sure what we meant. They also were very resistant about giving fresh towels. Also, the shower had no door, just a half glass wall which no matter how hard you tried the whole bathroom floor would get wet especially your towel floor mat.

Really liked this hotel. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet! All the staff I interacted with were super lovely, helpful and efficient. The pool is perfect and open late, so a great option to cool down in after a day in the city heat. My only small gripe is the breakfast - the hot food was always cold - lukewarm. I had seen this mentioned in a few reviews before I booked and it was the same for me so maybe that’s just the way it’s served in Bangkok? - not a dealbreaker in any way but would be good to know for future. I’d definitely stay again.

Hotel is fine, service is mediocre
Hotel was in good condition. Very close to some nightlife if you are after that. If you want to go to the main road / BTW though, it is a very annoying walk. They do provide some kind of shuttle service, but it is borderline useless. Only fixed timing, 3 times a day, in the middle of the afternoon. Just useless. Highly frustrating. I won't recommend.
