The motel is restored in the classic 60s 70s style. Very clean. Road noise is noticeable and the shower was narrow. The Bar Harbor park and ride shuttle stop and new Acadia park center is just 2 miles away.

Nothing unique. It was ok but the room was extremely small. It worked for us but would rather not go back. Nice idea for breakfast- Tea or coffee and an assortment of donuts

Older motel but very well kept. Cleanest room so far and we drove down from Alaska. Only downside is noice from the highway.

Cute cottages with a history. Close to the National Park. Room was clean, but a bit dated, however was comfortable and everything worked so didn’t mind it being a bit rustic. Two bedrooms so would be fun for a family or two couples traveling together. Front desk also was friendly and told us the history and gave good recommendations on what to see in the area.

Great location
Great location near Bar Harbor and Acadia. Older property but well maintained. Large room but small shower. On the main road which may prove difficult when trying to turn onto the road especially in the summer. Owner was very helpful and nice.

Use caution when booking!
Tiniest shower ever and so close to the road, it remained loud! Would not recommend a single woman staying here. Doors are flimsy! Front desk person very helpful when our tv didn't work.

Owner needs to state that Google maps may not be correct.If so, state the name of motel in the search destination. Also, he should have a sign in the check-in area that small frig and microwave are available on request.

This is an excellent choice for a budget minded traveler. The room was spacious, clean, shower had very good water. If you want modern and lots of amenities, stay somewhere else. But we were very pleased with the room, and happy to support a local business.
