Excellent customer service. Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the spacious lobby and TWO elevators. Offered apples and candies in the lobby. Check-in was fast and efficient. Wish we had found this room first! This is our fifth stay in Barcelona and this will be our hotel of preference in the future.

Great location to Placa Cataluyna, Ramblas. Front desk staff incredible helpful when we needed an extra nite. Expansive breakfast. Large modern lobby. No carpeting in room!!!! Yeah!! Plenty of great restaurants in a square nearby.

The property is inside the Gothic making so much of our vacation walkable. The hotel staff were soooooo friendly and nice. The included breakfast buffet was perfect with a ton of hot and cold food options. Made mornings very easy before heading out for long days of sightseeing. Our room was clean and had no issues that needed attending to. (Note to travelers, there is not coffee machine or kettle in the rooms). Would stay there again.

Good hotel, good location.
Overall this was a good hotel. The location is excellent, in the Gothic Quarter. The room wasn't large but adequate, clean, and modern, including some USB outlets. Good shower with water pressure and temperature quite responsive. I was in a back room, so it was quiet - not sure about noise if one overlooked the street. Generally the staff was helpful. Lots of eateries around the area. Two small complaints: the towels are thin, well below average even for a budget hotel. And when I checked out they claimed I made a phone call I did not. The amount was small, and they dropped it when I argued, but one still wonders when things like that happen. But I would certainly stay there again if I return to Barcelona.
