Good for families
Great location - very easy to either walk or take a tram. The apartment was clean and in good nick. Kitchen had enough equipment and was clean. Although the websit said they would clean only once a week, the cleaners came everyday with new towels and tidyed up. The apartment we had faced the main road and as it was HOT, we were exposed to the noise of the street when the windows were open. Definitely a good place.

The apartment was super clean and organized. It is quite close to Coop ( local supermarket) so it was convenient to just buy groceries and cook. Staff was very welcoming too. Really recommend for anyone.

Nice apartment with easy access to the city
The apartment is in a secure building a few minutes down the street from the office. The apartment came with the Basel card which gives you free transportation so easy to get to places within the city quickly. Grocery stores, restaurants and the North Train Station are less than 10 minute walk. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Kitchen appliances are well maintained and includes clean pots, pans and other utensils that are in good condition. It’s one of the few places we have stayed where we would stay again.

Stay At Basel Apartments
The appartment was good. It was extremely hot so the lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable and noisy however it did not cause us any problems. Basel is an ideal location for Switzerland, the Black Forest of Germany and Alsace region of France. The local transport ticket is great as the tram network is very useful for getting round Basel.

Very basic hotel with poor customer service
The first room I was given smelled of food and cigarette smoke. The second room was fine. Very basic accommodation but clean. I booked 2 rooms for two days each. When I tried to cancel one night in one of the rooms due to changes in business travel plans, the hotel refused to provide a refund and hotels.com service was not helpful even though I requested the change several days in advance. Will not stay in this hotel or book pre-paid stays through hotels.com again

Great apartment for Basel fair
I booked 3 beds apartment close to Basel fair, the location is great (if you come to the fair). Big room with kitchen facilities, clean room. The bus stop just right in front.

Grosse Zimmer, super geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Im Sommer ist es allerdings sehr warm in den Zimmern, sie stellen einem aber einen Ventilator zur Vergügung, was das ganz etwas erträglicher macht.
