I wish we had known the hop on-hop off buses start their day right around the corner. More good news: the Berlin Hofbrauhaus is about 100 m from the hotel.

This hotel is less than 5 minute walk away from two shopping centers and 10 minutes from subway station. Restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast is good and generous. One of the three elevators was not working during our four-day stay. The staff acted more like immigration officers. Unfriendly and rude. There is no snack bar as listed in Expedia. No water is available after breakfast time.

We had a wonderful holiday at H2. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a wonderful range of hot & cold food, salads, breads etc. The restaurant also was very good. Pasta, pizza, wraps . Transport was excellent and 10 min walk from station.
