Staff refused to issue a receipt because, I checked out early so, they wanted to ensure they were able to charge for the extra night. I had to call several times including the corporate office to make I was officially checked out of the room to not incur extra charges. I will never stay at this property again!

The welcoming as I checked in was very warm and pleasant. The room was clean, and had everything necessary. Plenty of Towels, definitely a plus. Just passing through any needed a night cap, but it def was very comfortable & pleasant.

This Best Western Plus is a great place to stay! This was our first time to Birmingham and we wanted a safe place to stay. We knew we would be getting in late and didn’t want to arrive in a bad part of town. All the reviews I read prior to booking were accurate. We would definitely stay there again. It was clean, safe and very convenient. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again!

Check in was easy and front desk staff was so nice. After getting in our room for the evening we noticed our carpet was wet from the ac leaking, went to front desk(different person) and informed them. She explained that she was the only one there and couldn’t do anything about it, other than write it down and make note of it. She didn’t offer for us to change rooms or anything. We stayed in a room where the carpet was wet from one side of the bed to the a/c unit.

Our only problem was the toilet. We had to lift the back of it and fix the flap every time we would flush. The chain was too long and would get caught in the flap. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable, relaxing stay. We loved the continental breakfast and the work out room.
