We were a group of 10, all 5 rooms were pristine, we loved to stay at this property. Andino Mall, very good restaurants and bars at walking distance. Staff very responsive and proactive. The restaurant and Bar excellent food and live music. Taxi rates same or better than Uber. We had a wonderful time in our 4 nights staying here.

Expedia rate does not include taxes, thus there is no real discount. Arra is noisy. Windows are not sound proof, so you can hear the music from restaurant below. You can also hear the toilet flushing from the rom above. Lastly, room is not how is pictured in the site. They are smaller.

I have stayed at this property many times since it is close to Andino, Zona Rosa, and Zona T, I’m not crazy about the open glass bathrooms with no privacy. On several occasions I had to wait to take a shower because they drain was stuffed from previous stays. I have stayed in every room type but this time I was ripped off. I paid for the most spacious room, which was a paid upgrade. They put me in a regular what they call “superior” which was not the room type I paid for. Sadly after 20+ estancias here this was the last

The cleaning staff at this hotel are outrageously noisy, and simply trying to get a good sleep is impossible. From the constant banging to the SUPER LOUD radios, it never seems to be quiet after 730am. Fine if you have a 5am flight, but if you want some rest, go somewhere else

Overall it was a great experience. There first room was a little in the small side so we upgraded to a larger room that was very nice with a terrace. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. It was a little stiff. The resultants were nice and the service was pretty good, other than one lady who was kinda rude the first day (but we never saw her again after that). They had some stuff under construction in the lobby too. The staff was great though overall and I did like the hotel.
