Nice location, nice staff, OK breakfast can be better, clean room, good front desk and housekeeping staff. Rooms and hallway a little noisy and has to re-program the room keys almost every day. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The front desk lady charged USD $100 for the taxes, we refused to pay because we have a tax exemption. We arrived late and she didn’t accept to assign a room without payment. She didn’t gave us an invoice. The manager promised us to return the money after that we presented a proofs that was illegal to charge us a tax fees . they didn’t returned the money The manager never gave us an invoice for our payment. They took advantage. Also we lost a personal items in the room . This is a bad hotel . Dont stay there they don't respect you, they got your money and keep the money for them

Great hotel, great location, excellent staff. Just one complaint; the a/c was working properly and even though the maintenance people were aware and checked it; the problem wasn’t solved. Otherwise would definitely recommend

El hotel limpio y bien ubicado. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que la cafetería donde se sirve el desayuno no tiene suficientes mesas y estabamos aún tomando nuestro cafe cuando el personal nos pidió que nos levantáramos de la mesa porque la requerian para otro huesped, lo cual nos parecio de mal gusto, lo correcto era que las personas que recien llegaban esperaran por una mesa
