An enjoyable visit to Boston
It was a good-sized room with a kitchenette which was very useful. The map provided by the hotel was not detailed enough to find our way around the city. The visit to Harvard University was amazing. This hotel is very well situated to see the historical area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The ground floor room we were paid $370! on our 30th anniversary has neighbors who party outside all night-so no sleeping.The staff knows this is a problem, and give an after hours number to complain (there is no 24 hour desk), and say they can call the police. Only book if they give you a room in the back of the building.

The lovely details of the converted townhouse with the fireplace, dining table and kitchenette - plus a little deck really enhanced our enjoyment of our Boston visit. The neighborhood had many food options from Whole Foods to yummy restaurants.

Very comfortable. Note there are stairs, no lift. I stayed on level 1, which was ok. Other levels may be a challenge for some, with heavy bags.

Very convenient. Our room has a balcony and is excellent. The key of the bathroom was broken, but they fixed it very early morning. Definitely we would like to stay here again.

Love this location by the Boston Symphony!
Copley House is a victorian era group of buildings that have been renovated to modern suites. The location near the Prudential Center in Boston is easily accessible from BOS taking the Logan Express Back Bay. We found the convenience of a kitchen & close groceries a blessing for breakfast each day. One challenge to be aware of, there are no elevators in these buildings & the bathrooms are small, but everything is clean, functional and charming. The neighborhood is quite walkable & feels friendly and safe. We will choose to stay at Copley house again!

Convenient location...room ok except heavy on deodorizer because was on ground level...my room was on a noisy alleyway exit at ground level....rat traps outside my window and the screen for that window was rotted around the perimeter and chewed by rats, so opening it would have allowed rats directly into my room....they should spend what I payed to fix this

The property and location are amazing - super charming neighbourhood close to easy transportation on the MBTA. The staff and space are lovely. The buildings are older and full of character but can be a bit loud in a sound carries kind of way. Highly recommend overall!

Loved the area. Very authentic to Boston. Tiny bathroom but it had a blow dryer. Had a/c but you had to call desk for them to control the temperature. No cleaning service which is fine but they don’t supply you with enough wash cloths for your stay. We never did figure out the Tv remote. Overall it was nice and clean
