Checkin was contact less and easy. The instructions were clear. The room was clean and shared space was clean. It was comfortable enough for a 1 night trip. Coffee, tea and water was available and was a nice touch. I also went on a week night so it was pretty quite

We arrived and someone had been in our room. The bed was not made there were dirty dishes on the nightstand and a used towel on bed. It was pretty gross, and we were very disappointed. No refund or discount were offered. We were able to track down the host and he said he would make up our room We left and went out to dinner. When we returned the bed was made with clean sheets (at least I think they were clean) Again, pretty gross and no refund or discount given.
