Air conditioner placement terrible. Freezing cold air blowing right on the bed. Lack of hooks in bathroom. Bathroom faucet so short could only wash fingers! ? Service every 3 days when requested. For the exorbitant room charge, service should automatically be daily!And,$55 for parking totally ridiculous!. Marriott’s used to be our go to, but now, I’m very disappointed.

This hotels valet system is horrendous. They gave my keys to another hotel guest and on another occasion lost my keys for 40 minutes. The hotel staff nor the valet staff seemed to care. Further, the valet staff did not check the assigned car number for valet parking when requesting a car. Additionally, the valet staff allowed any and all people into the hotel premises regardless of their guest-status. Not a great staff and really terrible experience with valet.

Mostly comfortable
Our room was very lovely. However, this hotel was not in a great part of town. We felt uneasy having our kid with us and being right around the corner from people that looked like they were on drugs. We felt comfortable in the hotel, but not to go outside and walk around. The parking was convenient, however, pricey for the night. At least our car was right there, though. Also, the breakfast options were slim so we didn't even end up taking advantage of the free breakfast.
