O serviço deixou muito a desejar para um hotel 5 estrelas. Chegamos e estava chovendo mas não fomos recebidos com guarda-chuva. A gerente e as atendentes foram muito deselegantes no atendimento. O café da manhã é bom. Entretanto, o serviço péssimo decepciona. O principal em uma estadia é ser bem tratado e nesse caso não fomos.

Assim que reservei recebi um mail sobre a reforma. Porem esse mail não especificou os dias e horários da reforma. Dessa forma eu estava com um bebe de 04 meses e o hotel em reforma com barulho terrível no sábado (02/11) que é feriado das 07:00 as 17:00 Domingo (03/11) das 07:30 em diante !! Me senti lesado Meu bebe de 04 meses so chorou pelo barulho

Under extensive renovation.scaffolding surrounding entire property. A bit dated property with wonderful staff and nice breakfast. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!! Not even lotion or shower gel for amenities. Nice linens and towels. I was happy the rooms weren’t carpeted,only the halls.
