On checking in I was informed I had 2 bookings for the 1 night stay. I said I only required one room & the receptionist then said maybe someone else had booked with exactly the same name. I have ppms & ended up being charged for both bookings which I find disgraceful

This is an AWESOME place to stay for flying in/out of Bristol. It’s so quick and easy to walk to right out from the airport, ramps if you have all the luggage like I did. The staff held a bag for me while I travelled to Jersey island out and back from Bristol. I was SO thankful for that!!! The food options are great and the staff was helpful. Despite it being so close to the airport, it was really quiet!

Expensive but convenient location
Longish wet walk to hotel from bus. Good they have slopes. Not too comfortable beds. Clean. Very expensive wine at £12 to £14 for mediocre chardonnay. Could not have breakfast as starts at 4am and check in was 4am

The showers was blocked and overflowing into the bedroom. I asked the Staff for assistance and the response was we'll get you some towels to put down. This meant that i couldn't have a shower after my Wife as the room would have been completely flooded. When we went to checkout the Staff response was sorry about that i'll inform Maintenance, hope you enjoyed your saty....what do you think.

Quite simply, its the only on site hotel within walking distance of the terminal. It's got to be the best if on an early morning departure.
