Gorgeous hotel, fabulous staff and location
Family of 4 (2 adult kids) stayed here 2 nights during our 2 week European vacation. What a delight! The family room had fabulous bedding and luxury bathroom. We even had a view! And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Checkin was smooth. The hotel is a great location and best food and shops are an easy walk. We enjoyed the huge open farmers market on our first day and enjoyed great beer and chocolate. What a great city and hotel!

The room was comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty. It was a longer walk than staying in the middle of Bruges, but definitely an easy walk. Great place to stay with kids in town

Spent two nights at the hotel, and the hospitality was lovely, the only thing was my room was next to a road. i heard cars early in the morning and the builders plastering the walls as the rooms are not sound proof.

The property was overall good. There was however a sewage odor that was there persistently, near the elevator and the stairway. Some days worse than others. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bathroom was huge. Housekeeping came daily!

It was a wonderful stay. All staffs were kind and helpful, the room was sparkling clean with great facility. Just ten minutes walk to the town centre and 15 minutes to the station. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use the pool and gym, but will try next time:)
