Great hotel and good location.
Great hotel and good location. My only complaint is that there is a security deposit required on check-in and they did not notify me of this in advance! If they require a deposit, they should let the guest know in advance, so the guest can bring that extra money with them! Apart from that, very nice hotel.

bathroom right beside beds, has some odor we were not excited about, but we could open the windows ajar to fix it. very convenient location to sit right beside one of the traffic centers but far enough to be very quiet, 3-min walk to airport bus and metro and bus - take bus 216 and you can reach the top of the buda castle/palace and fisherman’s bastion, mind you no need to pay $13 for the funicular to reach the top of castle

We decided to stay here because of the reviews posted about the hotel. Location is perfect to the city center. Every place is walkable to us. Patricia and osama were very professional on the front desk. They guide us to everything we wanted to explore and do. They made our 4 day stay enjoyable with no problem. Definitely will be back here if we’re coming back to Budapest.

Hope we could find the friendless as we had on another Eurostars. Appraise goes for the morning Front desk when we checked in. But unfortunately doesn't have the same attitude the others at other time. Once went down to request a key that unfortunately left inside the room and when i said Good night, both of the front desk girls even had a skills to at least move the head. Same as when we arrived from our tour and then our dinner even welcome or greet us whrn we stop to leave the umbrella. I don't recommended this Hotel.
