Plenty of space - former condos converted to hotel. However, the carpet was stained and unvacuumed. The business center was not operational. The pool hours were more limited than the hours that were posted. For what we paid, all of this is unacceptable. STAY AWAY.

The room itself was pretty clean, but the condition of the room was not great. There were many stains all over the carpets. The furniture and counters were not really in Great condition. The stairs leading up to the property were in horrible condition and we’re rotting away. While the hotel was okay for a one night stay following a concert, I probably would not choose to stay here again. The area did not seem very safe. While I was checking in another guest rushed in and handed back her key because she said somebody walked into her room while she was in it, so that made us a bit paranoid for the night but nothing happened. We were upgraded for free without asking to a much larger room, I assume due to the other room type being full, so that was nice. Oh, and the pictures definitely don’t match the rooms. Tl;Dr, not the best, not the worst. Would suffice for a one night stay for cheap but probably not the best option for longer term.

Our room definitely was in need of an upgrade. The rug was stained, and the bathroom ceiling had a water stain. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. Although the food served was simple, it was fresh and the wait staff was very friendly and kept the food well stocked.

Our room smelt like fish and was infested w large black flies. Notified staff - no other rooms available. Non-smoking units- neighbors were smoking all night. Bed sheets were soiled - showers (wouldn’t use) tons of hair.

Unfortunately very poor value for high price. Conditions are very poor, run down, hot tub not filled properly, cracked tiles around pool, many stains in the room . Not enough pillows for pull out couch when we asked front desk and they advised only one staff. Staff worked hard and were helpful but appears they are understaffed. Overall seems like property has not been maintained well at all…

This is a worn property with a great staff. The location is central to all touristy stuff. The pool is meh, breakfast spotty and runs out without replenishment, and the exercise room is not big enough for one person work out in. You must buy synthetic logs to use in the fireplace. Our room had lots of spiders, rust and old food under the sofa. This is an older, utilitarian space that needs deep cleaning and updates. The staff was friendly and helpful but there isn’t much they can do to help this property.

I was so looking forward to this stay, but I was severely underwhelmed. The facilities are quite old and not well maintained. Our room had ink stain everywhere: carpet, bed headboard, sofa, kitchen table… Kitchen appliances work well but it doesn’t have even the minimum supplies (no sponge to wash dishes, no kitchen towel, no saucepan). It has a huge dishwasher, for two people, doesn’t make a lot of sense to run it frequently almost empty, but, with no other alternative to wash the dishes… The laundry has two washing machines, and the property is quite large. I spent a whole afternoon trying to wash my clothes and never found an empty one. Additionally, they state that they sell laundry soap in their store, not true -bring some. The heat/AC unit wasn’t working properly and it took them forever to fix it, while we where freezing in our room. Overall, it looks nice, and I so wanted to like it, but definitely won’t be back

Cleanliness is horrible
Not worth for the value. Cleanliness was zero. Carpet was not cleaned. Probably the early vomit or dog poo was not cleaned properly. The room needs overall renovation.
