This is a beautiful hotel, the staff were amazing! This was the best customer service I have received for a very long time. From the staff at the front desk to the room service staff... we were made to feel very special from day one. We plan on staying there again.

I stayed here for one night with my daughter. We took the upgrade to Gold and it was fantastic. The room was beautiful and clean. Super comfy bed. We loved the pool and steam room. I definitely recommend upgrading to gold. Amazing service and food. The breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, great food. The spa pool is the only pool and constantly contains loud children splashing and playing. Not relaxing.
