honestly we got help from Joshua the butler since we got there he was amazing trying to make this Hotel look good. worst food and drinks from what we pay the rooms with mold on the walls we ask for another room and joshua help us right away. we end up going out to eat and do excursions no worth the money

The hotel was very nice and clean I didn’t like that you had to make a reservation for dinner. When we first arrived the guy in the front told us to fill out a paper for the reservation and took the paper from us he said to just show up we did the following day and the restaurant said we weren’t on the list they said they had to give us some slips and show them at the front door. It was cery frustrating since it was our first time in Cancun. The guy that gaved us the paper when we first got there was more interested in selling us trips and when we wanted to leave in the morning he convinced us not to leave the hotel. Which was our fault we shouldn’t have listened but we did get concerned by the things he said. The hotel was pretty clean though and the beach was amazing! Food could have some improvement!

What an absolutely beautiful vacation spot, the staff was my favourite part, honestly the most beautiful people in the entire world, they truly took care of my every single need, and I felt like I was a part of the family, the facilities were spotless and perfectly maintained, the atmosphere was wonderful and I genuinely could not have picked a better place, I would stay at this place every time I go back to Mexico, I now have found my new favourite Mexican resort

Park Royal is a great place ,with all the amenities needed . The staff is great and friendly Rafael the Manager of Guest Services was great he really made us comfortable and treated us like Royalty. I enjoyed my stay here and the Beach was great ,nice and Clean . The Bartenders were very fast especially Heber, I had a great time with my family on this Vacation. I would recommend this place ,Fantastic Service and great Hospitality. I cant wait to come back to the Park Royal

Good location ocean front. I dont like seen too many people drinking in the pool, in my opinión its ok to enjoying drinking in the pool but people need to urinate in the assigned restrooms. Also the hotel provide a free tour in a van but the driver returned my wife and I ti the hotel because we did not t buy at the malls or stores they took us.

Our stay at the hotel was good. Excellent food and customer service. The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel was noisy. While in our room we would hear guests speaking loudly in the hallway as if they were in our bedroom. We would even hear the guests in the room next to ours.

Horrible service, nobody speaks English to understand you. Cockroaches were in my room. Our mini refrigerator was broken, the air conditioner was broken, it smelled like mildew, the staff were ok. The food was awful. The staff pressure you into doing a tour and presentation for their beach club and lie and say it’s only an hour and half which ends up being about 3-4 hours. Do not waste your money at this place. We felt very discriminated against misunderstood and singled out when it came to service.
