Very nice resort, clean, great pools, and nice beach. The kids splash park was a hit! The rooms were much larger than your standard resort with very big balconies which was awesome. Unfortunately very few dining options and buffet food was below average. The pool grill was probably the only good thing we had. Also, drink service was slow and pool bar did not open until 11am.

The room size options for our family of 6 very well. The dining/drink availability is not great and there were no grab and go options. Everything requires a room key and a waiter which was a very slow process especially with active kids. The food we ate was good as were the drinks the only issue was the speed and availability.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the beach and overall setting are truly lovely, the experience was far from enjoyable. If you’re looking for entertainment or activities, this is definitely not the place for you. The hotel feels incredibly dull, with absolutely no entertainment options available. The staff were somewhat nice, which is a plus, but that’s about where the positives end. The food was a major disappointment—nothing exciting or flavorful, and definitely not worth the hype. To make matters worse, there isn’t even a swim-up bar, which is a huge letdown for a beach resort. If you're over sixty and just want a quiet place to relax, this might be suitable for you. However, if you're looking for a fun vacation with options for entertainment and good food, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and frustrated.

The staff were excellent. This property is also a time share. Which get priority with the reservations for restaurants making it difficult to impossible to get into some restaurants.

The food options are amazing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Staff were always asking if we needed assistance, or greeted us when they saw us. We noticed that uniforms on staff are always clean and neatly put together.

What i like is property layout. What i didn't like is you don't have a choice when they say you have to change your room as there is someone else will come and stay in that room. So you will receive a letter where it explains you what you have to do but not stay in you room. Yoh have to occupie by 11am and you have to wait to have your new room keys 🔑 make sure when you reserve specialy with expedia ask that question
