Overall, the hotel is good; however, the room was listed as being for 4 people - a king bed and a pullout couch. Our two grandchildren were traveling with us and we planned to use the couch for them, but when we arrived there were no linens for the pullout couch and only one pillow. We ended up going downstairs to get the linens as they said there was no one available to bring them up, but they did not give us a second pillow. I spoke to the manager, and was told that there was not a single extra pillow in the entire hotel that they could bring to our room, even though there were rooms that were not occupied.

Breakfast was very disappointing. I was surprised that the meat items were hard and overcooked. All the items were terrible. In addition, I felt unsafe in the hotel, because there was a fight directly above me. I was awaken by yelling and banging. I didn't know if shootings would be next. I will not stay here again.

Hyatt is one of my favorite places to stay, the rooms are so spacious with its added sitting area, separate from the bedroom. The only flaw is it needs upgrades. I've stayed in three Hyatts this year and each one needed updates. Minor things like the light switches and tiles - both need to be modernized. It's stuck in the 80's! But overall, this is a great hotel that's spacious and a price that's very affordable, considering its spaciousness.
