Our tub and sink backed up while taking showers and brushing our teeth. Maintenance wasn’t available and there weren’t any other rooms available to move us to. The entire 8th floor reeked of cigarette smoke like a dirty ashtray. The overall appearance of the hotel looked nice and clean until you started using things to fin them broken or cheap. Guest services did take a discount off the room, but not sure I would stay there again. The location seemed great location for Bank of America Stadium. However, we went to the CVS across the street and witnessed a guy come in pretend to scan groceries and then stuff them in his jacket and ran out of the store. The clerk said she’s not even worried about because just 3 hours earlier she was held up at knife point where another person came in the store to rob it. She said she wasn’t risking her life to say anything to them.

Everything about my stay was great. I was greeted by James and he was tremendous! Went above and beyond with his customer service. Helped me out in a few ways. Room was clean and I had a great view! Definitely going to stay again.
