Clean and comfortable rooms but SLOW elevator!
The rooms were clean and comfortable and very roomy. However the hotel was in poor shape. One elevator was broken, the other one took forever! Very slow! The staff was inattentive. Our TV remote batteries were dead-had to go to front desk in the middle of the night. Pool closed AC was out in the main lobby so breakfast included portable AC units and fans. I got locked outside in the middle of the night and my keycard didn’t work to enter the building I rang the bell numerous times and no one would respond. The worst part was the elevators. Just TERRIBLE.

Only 1 elevator was working. Floor access is limited to key card access. To get to the restaurant you had to go to the ground floor and use a different elevator. Staff were not friendly. Items to purchase in the cooler were not cold.

Location of the hotel is great. Front desk service and vallet staff both seemed like they hated their jobs. My shower had mildew all over it and bathroom and the whole tell could use a little elbow grease. Pool was out of service, an elevator was out of service and the whole 10ths AC wasn’t working.. hotel definitely needs some TLC

I rode my motorcycle to town, Hyatt could not accommodate parking for it, so I did not want to check in. Hyatt refused to cancel my reservation so I had to stay and was charged $ 38 valet which they could not valet

Lacked some of the basic things one should find in a hotel of its status. No fridge or microwave. The lobby and breakfast lounge was without air conditioning for the duration of my stay. I got an email a day after my booking that there was a fee for parking, which wasn’t disclosed on the booking site.

Nice property, stayed on the 14th floor. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good, nice options for being included. Check in is on the 10th floor, and it was a bit warm in there. They had some commercial grade standup AC units to help cool it down. Not sure if the regular AC was out. Two elevators, one was broke so that was a little bit of an inconvenience getting up and down. Valet parking is the only option for parking on the premises, $38.

White sleazy looking dude named Steven forces you to give them a 5 star review when he takes the phone out of your hand and does it him self! This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Charlotte. Restaurants, shopping and bowling alley is in walking distance. I enjoyed breakfast which was always fully stocked and hot. Cons: the lobby which is also the breakfast area is warm because the air conditioner was not working. The pool was out of service and is only 3ft deep so I don’t know if it was ever a pool. The rooftop has nice views of the city. Also, the hotel has valet parking for $38 a night. Besides the cons I pointed out this was a nice hotel and I would recommend to friends and family.
