The front desk staff was very helpfull. I could not get the business center printer to work and they offered to print for me for free in the front desk printer. Then I brought in my own printer and realized I had no paper. They gave me paper to complete what I needed. Room rate for first week was good. For second week it went way up. And I needed a room for 5 days a week for a year!

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel at all times. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the 24 hour coffee bar. Room was clean and very spacious.

Hotel was not what i expected. The hallways on the room floors were cold as outside weather. Heater in room didn’t go very high. No phone in the room. The hotel floors smelled like marajuana smoke. Bed was comfortable. My room was never cleaned by staff. Continental breakfast was average

The check-in was quick and the deck clerk was so friendly and helpful! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We will certainly stay here again. The location was excellent for what we were doing.
