Very nice room at a reasonable price. Excellent service and the personnel were very helpful and friendly. Easy access to eating places and shopping. Not only I would definitely stay there again but it will be the first place I call.

Arrived at 10pm. The desk clerk was not very polite or welcoming. Gave us the key to the room on the first floor and we went with our luggage only to find the wrong room number was written on the card, had to return to get another. Hotel is renovated but in very dark gloomy colors. Room was large but not very comfortable. Breakfast was not up to par. Would not stay here again. Creepy.

The hotel was nice for the price, but definitely a little run down and it was difficult to find as it’s tucked way off the road, and there’s not good clear signage to tell you where to go, and then when you do find the hotel you have to go around to the front. There’s no signage for that either.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and competent. The bathroom in our "nonsmoking" room smelled like cigarette smoke and the tile floor was a bit dirty. Some of the common areas in the hotel were a bit beat up. I do appreciate that we paid just about what this room was worth by going through Orbitz. I also called the hotel's reservation line and the representative tried to convince me I was getting the best deal around at about twice the price.

Our room was cheap, but smelled of smoke and the floor looked dirty. The bed squeaked loudly and wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom fan was very loud.
