Such a unique vibe. The architecture is incredible. Staff are very friendly and responsive. Only wish there was a restaurant that was open other than for breakfast but there are plenty of options in the area.

The hotel was amazing to look at. The room was adequate. I missed not having a chair in the room to use which made it awkward.There was room for one. Also there was only a stand for one case. The bathroom was small but adequate. The plus side it had a lift. The reception area was amazing and the staff great. If you could pick up the hotel and put it in a different spot as I felt very isolated. Hense the service was exceptional to compensate. There is one great restaurant opposite the hotel called Faces which was interesting and if you are on a short stay that is all you need and the staff get you taxi. Not a lot around in the immediate area. The terracotta and Art give it quite a different and grandure feel.

This property was exactly as pictured online. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. We felt safe and supported. The bedrooms were spotless and the vibe of the hotel was boutique like. Would definitely return if ever back in Chiang Mai (which is a wonderful place to visit) and will recommend to many people. Loved the fact that we were off the main strip but very walkable in distance to all the main attractions

Overall our stay was very good ,our room was beautiful ,clean and all services effecient.. we were well looked after by the staff who were very friendly and helpful The only improvement i would suggest is alittle more attention on breakfast menue and keeping things warm as some options were cool or cold

A beautiful hotel , lovely staff, beautiful pool. Right in centre of Chang Mai so restaurants and shops and markets within walking distance. Staff recommended great restaurants for local Thai food. Very safe area and we did all our laundry at hotel which was very inexpensive. Breakfast was wonderful - so many options.
