Great hotel, super friendly staff. All day coffee and tea was a huge plus!! Room was great, clean, plenty of space, cool views. Definitely staying here again.

No shuttle

The hotel was clean staff was friendly. The reason we booked the hotel was for our shuttle to the airport and when we checked in the front desk told us the shuttle services ended that day and no longer offered the service. So we had to pay for a taxi both ways.

I loved this hotel. The staff is really friendly, the place was very clean, and although the breakfast was not the best, they did have a lot of breakfast ‘snacks’ to choose from. The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is that the pool looked slightly green and dirty.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but the customer service at this property is absolutely amazing. We attended an event at the Allstate arena and stayed here because it was so close. Room was clean, check in was easy, but the customer service I received from both front desk employees was beyond amazing.

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to airport and interstate. Rooms are great size and clean hot water stayed hot for durations of showers! Coffee in lobby 24 hours was nice. Breakfast is very grab and go with breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and such. Is on a busy street so can get loud on the street side. Free parking! Will definitely book again when in Chicago!
