I booked a double bed room, upon arrival the girl put me in room 110. She looked high or intellectually challenged. She said no more room available, even when I booked the Double room couple days ahead of time. Room 110 is the worst room ever. It smelled like someone smoked in it, it only had one King bed, it's located next to breakfast area and lobby, it was very loud and the bathroom was yucky, dirt in the shower. the next morning at 8AM I talked to a different lady who then gave me Room 211. That room 211 must have been available the night before. But the young lady didn't give it to me. Because , which guests would check out at 5am and the housekeeping immediately cleaned it so it's available to me at 8AM? I am at a loss, either management has to train the young lady who kept saying, "I apologized for the inconvenience" but wouldn't do good things for customers, or get her off drugs.

The hotel room is pretty good, spacious, and clean. It’s as good as a motel room can get. The heater worked fine but had a weird smell coming out. I appreciate that the front desk had a free work computer & printer for guests. They also had water, coffee and decaf coffee that you can use anytime (but they don’t refill it so by the end of the day it’s all empty). Breakfast was ok, I appreciated that they served breakfast in the first place because most places don’t even offer that. Overall I liked the place and would stay here again!

The pictures are very deceptive It extremely small and old property that has been renovated Bathroom had mold in the ceiling due to exhaust fan not working as it should Very hard to get in and out of the place i had to drive thru the back side which is industrial with semi trucks to get to the property. Kind of noisy being close to interstate but I think the problem is the windows as they are old Staff was nice specially the check out lady Over all it is okay for the price but for a little more $$ you can find something you can enjoy more

Very clean, wonderfully inexpensive.
Spent 3 nights at the Downers Grove Best Western. Room, beds, and washroom were very clean. Breakfast offered a nice range: fruit, eggs/sausage, cereals, muffins, etc. Staff was attentive and nice. They paid attention to cleanliness. Only issue: need to enter from Finley Avenue (needs a sign on Finley to direct travelers). I will be back! Great place.
