I booked this hotel thinking it was close to my airport. I later realized when looking for the airport shuttle that this hotel was close to O’hare not Midway. I booked it without knowing there were two airports. I called the front desk and they said they couldn’t issue reimbursements since it was booked through a third party. I ended up paying for an Uber to drive me there. Brian was incredibly kind and empathetic. I was able to access my room super late. Room was tidy and spacious, and even had a cute welcome sign on the tv screen. I only got to sleep 5 hours before going back to the airport, but it was well worth it! Brian checked me out swiftly in the morning and made sure I stayed warm while waiting for my Uber. Great experience!

The food was good, the parking was very convenient, and the location was convenient too. The only thing I had a problem with was the showers. The glass sliding door only went one way, so you had to get in to set the temperature correctly. The door kept sliding open too, and it was really hard to set the temperature correctly because the knob would keep moving. Other than that, I had a perfect stay. Thanks especially to the helpful front desk

Awfully loud AC unit in the room. I have not seen such a big unit in an oversized AC housing so far and I travel a lot and stay in many hotels. The noise kept me up until I put on noise-counseling earphones. Even then, I was waken up several times. Beside this, the service was good, breakfast great, as was the location.
