Pleasant greeting when I arrived at 1:30 am. Room clean, mattress very soft, bedding not scratchy. Left before 7 am. No idea if the neighborhood is sketchy or ideal, bc it was a very cold Sunday and the streets were empty. Sensible people, both goodguys and badguys, were not outside, period. Just me. Easy walk to Amtrak, Greyhound, blue, orange lines, SW loop.
